Maids are responsible for the day-to-day execution of on-site cleaning within time limits while delivering excellent customer service. All of our cleaners have a positive impact on the homes they clean. We appreciate team players that bring positive energy and a desire to exceed our client’s expectations!
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a valid driver’s license.
- Dependable transportation. (Mileage Compensation Available)
- You have strong attention to detail, love organization, and are results-driven.
- You have the ability to motivate a team and work together to get every last dust bunny.
- You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Management and Operations team on a daily basis.
- You know how to maneuver your way around a smartphone and are comfortable using phone applications to get your job done.
- You have a mobile SmartPhone and know how to operate it.
- You are punctual, responsible, and willing to learn things.
- You’re available for a shift from 8am-5pm
VACANCY (MOVE-OUT) AND SHORT-TERM RENTAL CLEANING:
This position now covers all of our maid work: regular home cleaning, vacancy (move-out) cleaning, and Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers. You do not need experience in all three. We will train you, and we ask on the application which types of work you are willing to do.
- Deep clean vacant homes and apartments so they are move-in ready: kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, appliances and fixtures; sweep, mop, vacuum and dust.
- Turn over Airbnb and short-term rental properties between guests, including linens, restocking and a final walk-through.
- Remove trash or debris left behind and report any maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
- Manage your time to finish within the scheduled window and communicate with the team through our mobile apps.
