Simple wash the slabs with a water bleach solution mixed together in a bucket. Using a hard bristle brush work the bleach and water solution into the slabs make sure the whole patio area is thoroughly cleaned. For stubborn areas try tipping a little neat bleach onto it and use the brush to work that in.
    After bleaching is complete a through rinsing will be required, this may take several buckets of water, or you may wish to use a hose pipe or jet wash for this.
