Position: Move-Out Cleaning Staff
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for move-out cleaning of vacant homes and apartments. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making these properties move-in ready by performing thorough cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of vacant homes and apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas.
- Remove any trash or debris left behind by previous occupants.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate efficiently with the team and supervisors via our mobile apps.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in move-out or deep cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in managing time and adhering to schedules.
- Comfortable using mobile apps for communication and task management.
