Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for move-out cleaning of vacant homes and apartments. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making these properties move-in ready by performing thorough cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep cleaning of vacant homes and apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
  • Clean and sanitize all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas.
  • Remove any trash or debris left behind by previous occupants.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
  • Communicate efficiently with the team and supervisors via our mobile apps.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in move-out or deep cleaning is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in managing time and adhering to schedules.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for communication and task management.
